The ESSE 1000x electric range cooker

This electric range cooker features independent ovens and grill with concealed control panel, giving owners a little e‘X’tra capacity for entertaining.

With double the hob space, the contemporary 1000 X provides additional room for creative cooking and simple three pot wonders.

The three induction zone with cast iron plate combination and striking large lids are designed with the committed cook in mind.

The heat-conserving rectangular lids are beautifully engineered for easy lifting and feature an elegant recessed drop hinge as first used on ESSE’s in the 1950’s. When the cooker is in use the lids double up as a splashback.

From melt-in-the-mouth meringues and slow-cooked stews to deliciously crispy roast potatoes or a full English breakfast for 12, the 1000 X is a true all-rounder; a modern classic that’s ready to plug in and go to work in any setting.

No need for expensive electricians, this cooker just plugs into 2 x 15amp power points.
With ESSE's "shared power loading" the running cost of this stove is about $1.65 per day

Left hand hot plate

Three-zone induction hob offers fingertip control for precision cooking while the large steel plancha-style hotplate opens up a whole world of new possibilities.

Right hand hot plate

Cook drop scones or flatbreads direct on the large, flat cook-plate, char-grill vegetables for extra flavour or steam and sizzle meat and fish with bistro-style flair
