With 2 true cooking ovens ( top oven with an added grill), you have.
The unique wrap around oven elements gives you the same surround heating you get in the trraditional ESSE cooker

Dual venting

Total control of your cooking with interdependent oven venting.
Open to vent you oven ( for Pumpkin )
