There are 5 BAL ratings all homes are rated under

BAL-12.5: Low risk rating (most homes in the suburbs)
BAL-19: Moderate risk rating
BAL-29: High risk rating
BAL-40: VERY high risk rating
BAL-FZ: EXTREME risk rating
