Choose the right BAL flashing

Homes today are rated in BAL areas.
# Homes in built up areas are rated at - BAL 12.5
# However homes built in rural and bushland areas have higher BAL ratings.
- BAL 19 / 29 and BAL 40

Our BAL 40 rated flashings are designed for these higher risk homes.

BAL29 Flashing

BAL 40 flashings are tested and approved to AS/NZ1530.8.1
Our special metal membrane is placed under the flashing to ensure no embers enter your home in even the worst bush fire.
Supplied with HR metal roofing screws.
